14:14 They defeated all the cities surrounding Gerar, for the Lord caused them to panic. ¹  The men of Judah ²  looted all the cities, for they contained a huge amount of goods. ³ 

2 Tawarikh 32:8

32:8 He has with him mere human strength, ⁴  but the Lord our God is with us to help us and fight our battles!” The army ⁵  was encouraged by the words of King Hezekiah of Judah.
